Q: Where’s my shipment?
A: All orders take 5-7 days to ship. Some orders may take longer depending on the items. Please read the products description on every product you order as we will put the expected shipping time there.

Q: How do I know when the next drop is?
A: Our retail drops are every Saturday at 3pm PST we also have a timer on the home page.

Q: Why do you charge 13.5% on all retail products?
A: 9.5% is California Tax (we are based in LA) and we buy and pay tax when we make purchases for stock and 3% is  transaction fee when you check out with either card (using stripe, our card processor) or PayPal. We charge 1% for providing you the service.

Q: What form of payments do you take?
A: Amex, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Any Debit card, and PayPal

Q: What’s the best way to contact customer service?
A: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number or your account email as the subject. We have a ticket system and will get back to your request within 48 hours.

Q: When does my membership expire?
A: Your monthly membership will automatically renew and you will be billed every month until you cancel. Your yearly membership will expire exactly a year from when you purchased it.

Q: Why can’t I change my shipping address?
A: Our system automatically uses your billing address for shipping. We enforce this to avoid fraud and bots. Contact us at [email protected] if you have a special request for us to ship to a different address.

Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes we do!.

Q: How many items can I buy per drop?
A: There is no limit to how many items but you can only purchase one item per product. This is enforced to make sure that all our users get a fair chance to at least get one item and also to avoid the use of bots.

Q: Will you show drop list on your site prior to the drop?
A: Yes, you will usually see the drop list on Friday and Saturday.

Q: Why was I refunded?
A: There can be many reasons why… either the system detected you using a bot, abuse on our site, we didn’t have your order in stock, Stock error, or you bought too many products.

Q: Why was I banned?
A: For using a bot or being disrespectful to others or our team. We have a zero-tolerance policy for people using bots. If our system detects anything suspicious, your account will be banned forever along with your IP and profile.

Q: Why did I pay separate shipping, but received my products in one package?
A: It is easier for our shipping department. We pay depending on weight, the more we add to your package, the more we pay! Your money goes to shipping either way.
